My Xbox 360 red ringed and i’ve tryed to fix it but it wont work…anyway i was thinking of keeping all the cables and stuff (audio/video cable, power cable, 20gb hardrive, wireless controller, controller charger, headset) and buying just a xbox 360 arcade console from ebay and i want to know if i can get xbox live gold and use my 20 gb hardrive and if i can get high definition with it..
Just send it off to Microsoft and they should replace it, as long as you have 3/4 red ring. If you don’t, i would still send it off as they are very likely to just replace it, yeah its gone for a couple of weeks but its a small sacrifice,I’ve had to send mine off 3 times after 3 years already. But it always comes back a lot faster and better. Just get onto the Xbox website and you can send it off almost straight away, its fine, I’d definitely give it a try if i were you.
