Get the new Elite with warranty. You don’t want the intercooler (which makes me wonder how hard it’s been used) and the 4 games may be pretty duff anyway, buying them 2nd hand will be cheap.
Play and Charge kits are pretty cheap if you want to add one to your Elite.
The last example you gave is the same price as the Elite but used, why even bother including it? And like I said before, the games may be duff and you can always buy 2nd hand cheaply.
None of the games are going to be Halo 3…
