does wrong voltage on an xbox 360 ruin the whole system or just the power brick?
so i have an xbox 360 with an input voltage of 100-127v and i accidentally plugged it in a 220 v socket, a popping sound and some smoke smell later. i ran for the transformer and plugged it there. but it wont work anymore. does the 360’s power brick have a safety fuse? or is the whole system destroyed? could i just buy a new power brick and throw the broken one away?
just buy a power brick because too much electricity went in to the brick and disabled the power in it
