How can i make mods to an xbox 360 console, halo 3 or call of duty 4?

i’ve seen levels on halo file share w/ like master chiefs that you can kill and do i need a modded xbox 360 to do those things and if so how to mod a 360

you cant access live after you mod it it isn’t worth it
