The main cause of Xbox 360 errors is the result of a design flaw, which Microsoft admitted to in an official announcement in July 2007. They said that the first 11.6 million consoles sold had a design flaw which could cause the device to fail.

Based on these figures, anywhere from 500,000 to 4 million people are currently experiencing Xbox 360 red light errors.

” Keep the back of your system exposed
” Hang the power cord in the air or keep it on an elevated surface with the bottom exposed
” Do not leave your system running overnight
” DO NOT USE THE INTERCOOLER BY NYKO (it damages your system, and voids your warranty)
” Do not move your system once it is on (this will scratch disks)
