Please Help!xbox 360 wireless controller won’t sync to console.?
my wireless controller won’t sync to my xbox. btw i have the xbox with the plain white disc plate thing.. i’ve tried to sync the controller to another xbox and it works perfectly. i’ve contacted xbox 360 support and they didn’t help at all… then i contacted gamestop and they said that the Charge and play kit would probably sync it. would it? and do you know why it wont sync to MY console? Please please help.

yes gamestop is correct i was going to suggest the same thing… it wont only sync ur controller it will also charge it at the same time 
.. and to answer ur next Q… once u pull the charge cord off the controller it WILL be synced.
I had the same problem and I have a plug and play and I love it.. 1) it charges my battery pack and 2) i hate pushing those little buttons and the plug in play sync automatically
