Can I use a USB DVD drive if my xbox 360 internal drive stopped working?
My XBox 360 DVD drive stopped working and I can no longer play games. I was wondering if instead of replacing the internal drive if it was possible to use a USB DVD drive instead of replacing the internal drive.
I’m having the same problem with my xbox 360 dvd drive. I tried plugging my usb dvd drive into it and nothing happened. The xbox doesn’t even realize its there. So I purchased a new internal dvd drive for my xbox 360. Just have to figure out how to install it. Hope this helps.
