Xbox 360 – Hitachi drive with 1.51 iXtreme – Keep or not?

A few days ago I bought a replacement xbox 360 off ebay (still hasn’t arrived yet) , due to my old 360 had RROD. It’s coming with a hitachi drive which is flashed with iXtreme 1.51 (lets it play copied games) and a whisper max fan. I also purchased Modern Warfare 2 back-up version, at the same time.
I read that a lot of people have been getting banned recently. I really don’t want to get banned so I’m thinking about staying offline until christmas and selling my hitachi drive and buying a new unflashed benq drive at christmas so i get a lot of real not copied games (including MW2).
I love playing on live more than anything.
I would like to play MW2 online when my friends do.
Shall i stick with the drive and play online? Risky.
Shall i wait till christmas and get benq and games? Safe.
What Shall I do?
If you are playing an original disc there is no chance of getting banned. if you do want to play copies, then you just run the ISO through a program called ABGX360(.net) and you can stealth the game so it will appear as an original game to XBL.
New games will take a few days to get into the ABGX database, until that time don’t burn them or else you can’t be sure you are safe.
