Online Games Virtual World

BENEFICIAL or not BENEFICIAL?

Studies have shown that playing computer games makes surgeons more skillful. They find it easier to control extremely delicate movements during surgery. If computer games are good for surgeons, maybe they are good for students. Online gaming trains the mind, and lets teenagers make new friends.

Computer game players have to remain focused for long periods of time. They have to develop strategies with the intention of outwitting their opponents.

Game-playing teenagers are given the chance to think outside textbooks, focus on something other than examination papers

SADLY, there is some bad.

As technology develops, it becomes easier for players to cheat. This creates a lack of trust within the gaming community.

Players are only interested in their own success, and will do anything to succeed. On the contrary, they may become aggressive and ‘become passive’ in their virtual life. Therefore bringing this ’social’ behavior into the physical environment.

SADLY, this is bad

In addition, the fact that many games require a monthly fee, gamers try to play the games longer and get the most of their money. Some even commit to playing for 20 hours straight.

While some people claim that having will power is enough to avoid becoming addicted, many players, especially teenagers, will find it very hard to resist the attraction of the games. It is a fact that in the younger days of our lives as adolescents, you and I have to adhere to the ’social norms’ of our peers.

However, electronic gaming addiction will have a negative impact on your life and personal relationships. Parents will perceive you as a bad influence, a person who has focused the attention on the online community rather than what is physically existent.

YOU must have heard these lines from YOUR parents

This is a result you can expect; if you are indiscipline and you ’sacrifice your future’ for this form of entertainment. They will reprimand you for the fall in your results in studies and other academically related activities.

YOU WANT TO JUSTIFY YOUR ACTIONS and gain trust from your peers, always play with DISCIPLINE and WILL in mind.

The physical world is where you really feel it.

So, you should start winning yourself in the physical environment and spend less time repeating an action and be unsuccessful. Then, you will have the discipline. Like the way some older people make simple advices, god gave you the body, so you have to know what to do with it.

The virtual world is very different from the physical world where we grow into and function in it.
