I bought a game download online and suddenly it has disappeared from my computer. Can I get it back?
I purchased a Jewel Quest download online from Yahoo games and now it has totally disappeared from my computer! It’s not in the recycle bin or any other places. Is it possible to regain this purchase? I did recently install a different spyware program would this have anything to do with this? I don’t even know when it disappeared. It just wasn’t there when we went to play it. Help!
I did not receive a unique product key when I bought this game as an online download from yahoo games! You pay, download, save and run, that is all there is! Thanks to everyone who responded to this question and tried to help! I got it back by asking yahoo games help and renewing my license after another download.
