Final Fantasy XIV online- Can we play on the same server?
Okay so my online friend and I are both going to buy Final Fantasy XIV Online so we can play it together. However, he lives in Sweden and I live in the U.S. So does this affect what server we play on? Are all the version of the game the same? If he buys it, will we be playing together or will they seperate us into US/EU servers?
You will be placed onto the US server by default and he onto the European, possibly a dedicated Swedish, server.
There are ‘usually’ ways around such things so hopefully another answerer will have details on that for you.
