1)There is no best hero, it depends on your playing style, items, and how you cooperate with your team.
2)Find a guide for the Hero you picked, try Dota-Allstars.com, GArena.com, or DotaBestGuides.
3)The strategy is up to you, if you’re a stunner, you know what to do, when the enemy runs away, stun him, show your team that you’re the best.
